DAYFIND SERVICE ROADMAP

Dayfind Service Roadmap

See Where to Start, What Comes Next, and Which Dayfind Service to Use at Each Stage

Dayfind services are designed to work together in a simple step-by-step path—from setting up your system and introducing it to your team, to individual coaching, process building, and project management.

If you're new to Dayfind, start at Step 1 and follow the roadmap. If you're already working with us, come back anytime to see where you are and what comes next.

You don't have to purchase every service. Choose the services your company needs, and return to this roadmap whenever you're ready for the next step.

How Booking Works

Once you know which service you need, booking is simple.

1
Choose Your Service

Select the Dayfind service you need from the roadmap.

2
Purchase Your Service

Each service must be purchased and paid for before scheduling.

3
Schedule Your Meeting

Choose the available date and time that works for you.

Before You Book

  • Packages: If your package includes multiple sessions, you can schedule each session separately.
  • Need to reschedule? Log in to the Dayfind Portal using the email address used when purchasing.
  • Someone else is paying? That's fine. Make sure they use the email address of the person who will actually attend the meeting, webinar, or training —even if someone else is entering the payment information.
  • Purchasing for multiple people? Complete a separate purchase for each person, using that person's email address.

Once you book, we'll guide you through the next steps.

STEP 2

Introduce the System to Your Team

Team Task & Communication Webinar

Once your basic setup is in place, introduce your entire team to the Dayfind Task & Communication Method.

The webinar gives everyone the same clear understanding of how to manage tasks, communication, follow-ups, reminders, and responsibilities before individual hands-on coaching begins.

STEP 3

Train Each Individual

Individual Task & Communication Coaching

After the webinar introduces the method, individual team members can receive hands-on coaching using their own real workload.

Employees can choose 1 or 3 coaching sessions based on the amount of support they need to organize their tasks, messages, follow-ups, reminders, and responsibilities.

STEP 5

Set Up Your Project Management System

Project Management

Once your daily work and recurring processes are organized, the next step is to create a clear system for larger projects, goals, initiatives, and ongoing areas of responsibility.

This may include:
  • Company goals and initiatives
  • Building a website
  • Managing departments
  • HR
  • Finance
  • Operations
  • Marketing
  • Hiring
  • Company improvements
  • Software implementations
  • Other ongoing or short-term projects

Dayfind helps organize these areas with clear ownership, milestones, tasks, deadlines, communication, accountability, and follow-through.
