Project Management
Organize Larger Goals, Initiatives, and Responsibilities Into a Clear System
Once your team has a reliable way to manage daily tasks and communication, Dayfind can help organize the larger work that needs structure, ownership, deadlines, and follow-through.
This may include short-term projects, ongoing departments, company initiatives, improvements, or areas of responsibility that do not fit into a simple daily task list or recurring process.
What We Can Help You Organize
Company goals and initiatives
Ongoing departments and areas of responsibility
Marketing, finance, HR, operations, and hiring
Website, software, launch, and implementation projects
Milestones, deadlines, ownership, and follow-through
Start With One Planning Session
Book your first Project Management session with Leiby Markowitz.
During the first meeting, we’ll review what you want to organize, understand the scope, and determine the best structure and path forward.
From there, we’ll help determine what additional meetings may be needed to build, review, and refine the system.
Book Your First Session ↓How Many Meetings Does It Take?
Every project is different. A smaller setup may only require a few meetings, while a larger Project Management setup often takes 4–6 sessions or more to properly plan, organize, build, review, and refine.
You do not need to commit to everything upfront. Start with one meeting, and we’ll determine the next steps together.
